We are entertaining independent school bus contractors meeting the following underwriting criteria:

• The insured must have been in business a minimum of five years.
• Non-school bus operations not exceeding 15% of the total power units.
• Charter buses not exceeding 5% of the total power units.
• No more than 10% of the school buses servicing school districts in cities with populations over 75,000.
