Complete driver list (MVR’s will be required for all drivers)

You can submit all materials to:

Q: Do I need a supplemental application?
A: Yes, we do have a supplemental application for the SafetyFIRST program which is available under the “Applications” tab.

Q: Does your program have a minimum premium requirement?
A: Typically, our minimum premium is $50,000.

Q: What is your typical turnaround time from submission to quotation?
A: We would require a pre-inspection of the risk and therefore request, at minimum, a two-week lead-time from your "need by" date.

Q: Do I need to be an appointed agent in order to obtain a quotation?
A: No, we can provide you with a quotation without being appointed. If you and your client like the quotation and would like to bind business, we will pursue a broker agreement at that point. Unlike some other organizations, we have no pre-established volume commitment or quotas that you must meet with us. Rather, we hope that you enjoy doing business with us and we are able to build a mutually beneficial relationship.

Q: What other programs does Glatfelter Public Practice offer?
A: GPP is the program administrator for the Textbook Insurance and Community Works Insurance Programs offering property and casualty lines, as well as risk control services for schools, municipalities, and other public entities. We also offer professional liability for public entities on a monoline basis through our Provantage PE program.  For more information on these programs and services, please visit www.ProfessionalUnderwriters.com, www.TextbookInsurance.com and www.CommunityWorksInsurance.com.

Q: Is the SafetyFIRST Insurance Program available in every state?
A: Currently we are offering our SafetyFIRST program in PA, NJ, and NY.
